The Women on Board Leadership Academy is a collaboration of community organizations working together to empower women as government and nonprofit volunteer leaders. Board service is an important leadership role that influences the fabric and priorities of our communities.

Program participants gain new leadership skills and an insider's perspective on what it takes to serve on government and nonprofit boards. Experts lead interactive workshops on topics such as advocacy and communications, diversity and equity, financial services and planning. Graduation includes a volunteer match. The full program is an exciting networking and leadership training opportunity.
