Our Mission

The Women's Foundation of Florida educates and empowers women and girls to be leaders, so they can change the world. We invest in their ideas and encourage their leadership to positively affect the economic, political, and social status of women and girls across Florida.
The Women’s Foundation of Florida (WFFL) was founded in 2007 by Judith Selzer and Judge Samantha Schosberg Feuer along with a group of local leaders who share a commitment to investing in women and girls to encourage leadership and positively affect their economic, political, and social status. We started as the Women’s Foundation of Palm Beach County and expanded across Florida in 2017. 

Our programs and advocacy work specifically address women's and girls' leadership, professional development, and long term economic security.

There are several ways to be involved:
