We are Hiring!

The Women’s Foundation of Florida is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and educating women and girls to become leaders, so they can change the world. We invest in their ideas and encourage their leadership to positively affect the economic, political and social status of women and girls across Florida.
From your first day on the job, you’ll be immersed in a hands-on, hit-the-ground running experience. Every day will come with unique challenges – but rest assured you’ll never be alone in handling them – our team has each other’s backs. Beyond a meaningful career, we offer career development opportunities and a supportive work culture.

 Program Manager
The Program Manager will plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of high quality and inclusive programs. If you have a passion for bringing women together, an ability to set big bold visions while also staying on top of event details, and have experience connecting program participants to one another so they feel welcomed and eager to stay engaged then this might be the opportunity of a lifetime.

The Women’s Foundation of Florida is growing and we are looking for a dynamic person to manage and execute programs while managing volunteers and community partnerships. This is a full-time staff position.

The Program Manager will:
  • Recruit and manage volunteers to serve on program committees
  • Develop timelines and send reminders to assist volunteers in meeting project objectives
  • Research venues, program speakers, and marketing opportunities
  • Organize event logistics, manage registrations, day of event details, and follow up
  • Attend community meetings to represent the Women’s Foundation and develop community partnerships
  • Serve as ambassador for the Women’s Foundation in the community.

This position is based in South Florida and will work closely with volunteers and partners across the state. The role is telecommuting but does require residence in South Florida and may include travel across the state, along with night and weekend events.

Apply by sending your Resume and Cover Letter to [email protected]. The Women’s Foundation of Florida is an equal opportunity employer.
