Girls Leadership Institute: Advocacy to Action
Participants will leave the Girls Leadership Institute: Advocacy to Action with an understanding of how government works, and with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for themselves and others to create change in their community.

Oct. 3rd - Confidence and Power
Oct. 10th - How Government Works
Oct. 17th - Advocacy
Oct. 24th - Action
Nov. 7th - Graduation Celebration
*Participation in each workshop is expected. All participants who complete at least 3 of the workshops will receive a certificate of completion.

There is no cost to participate in the program and it is open to all girls and femme identifying students in 8th - 12th grade in Florida.
