The Women's Foundation of Florida delivers professional development shaped directly by the women we serve. These workshops reflect the leadership needs women told us matter most: understanding personal strengths, leading teams effectively, building healthy workplace culture, and navigating the realities of being a woman in leadership.
Each session blends practical skills, meaningful connection, and networking opportunities with honest conversation, helping women strengthen their confidence, deepen their competence, and expand their influence in their careers and communities.


Know Your Strengths 
​February 4th | 6 to 8 PM

Boynton Beach City Hall

Every good leader understands their strengths. In this session, you will take the CliftonStrengths assessment and learn how to identify, interpret, and apply your natural talents. Participants will bring their Signature Themes report and explore how strengths shape decision making, communication, and personal effectiveness. This session lays the groundwork for understanding how to use your strengths intentionally in leadership and teamwork. Purchase of book is required. 

Developing a High Performing Workplace Culture
March 4, 2026 | 6 to 8 PM
Space Connect Work Lounge in West Palm Beach 
High performing workplace culture is intentional and built over time. This session focuses on the systems, communication practices, expectations, and habits that create an environment where people can thrive. You will hear from a panel of senior leaders on what motivates teams, how to build trust, and how to reinforce the behaviors and norms that support performance. Participants will leave with practical strategies to strengthen culture in their own organizations.

Collaboration by Design: Use your Strengths to Elveate Team Success
April 14, 2026 | 6 to 8 PM
Space Connect Work Lounge in West Palm Beach
This is an interactive workshop Designed to equip you with practical strategies to foster high-performing, collaborative teams. As the crucial link between Frontline, staff and senior leadership, you can play a pivotal role in shaping team culture in driving results. In this session, you will learn how your signature strengths  impact a team, understand how different strengths contribute to successful and collaborative team results, and you will develop strategies to apply your top strength's in your workplace. As a result, you will have actionable insights and tools to lead more effectively, build stronger team alignment, and create a culture of shared success. Must attend Workshop 1 to participate in Workshop 2.

Through the Labyrinth: Unwritten Rules of Leadership

Boynton Beach City Hall
This capstone session examines the real dynamics women face in leadership today. We will discuss the challenges of visibility, credibility, and bias, along with the expectations placed on women leaders. Through honest conversation and practical tools, you will explore strategies for leading with clarity, presence, and authenticity. Participants will walk away better prepared to navigate complex environments and advocate for themselves and others.
