Leadership Training for Women
Through the Women on the Run program, women receive the training, mentorship, and tools needed to run for office, work on campaigns, or lead in their communities.
Since 2013, more than 1,000 women have participated, and 66 alumni are currently serving in elected office.
Professional Development
WFFL equips women with the practical leadership skills needed to grow professionally, serve on nonprofit boards, and expand their impact within their communities.
Girls Leadership Institute
Through hands-on STEAM and civic leadership programs, more than middle and high school girls gain exposure to careers, advocacy, and leadership pathways that help them imagine a broader future.
Advocacy and Policy Leadership
WFFL convenes experts and advocates to advance policies that improve the lives of women and girls across Florida.
