The Women's Foundation is building a leadership pipeline that strengthens our communities and our institutions.
- 1,000+ women have completed the Women on the Run leadership training program
- 66 alumni and mentors are currently serving in elected office
- More than 1,300 Girls across Florida have participated in Girls Leadership Institute STEAM and Advocacy programs.
- Advocacy efforts have advanced policies that support women, girls, and families such as the Learning with Dignity Act which was signed into Florida Law in 2023 and will improve period equity by allowing access to cost free products in Florida Schools.
