The Girls Leadership Institute: Advocacy to Action (GLI) is a dynamic, multi-session program designed to equip middle and high school girls with the confidence, skills, and knowledge to become powerful changemakers in their communities.
Through interactive workshops, affirmations, guest speakers, and real-world advocacy practice, girls explore the systems that shape their lives and learn how to navigate—and transform—them.

- Taking Action – Practicing advocacy, public speaking, and fundraising through interactive activities and mentorship.
- Graduation Celebration – Sharing affirmations and advocacy goals, and connecting with long-term leadership resources.
